Make the gray go away!

Ning is constantly trying to improve the look of the site and in an effort to follow suit, we have a request to make of all of you memebers with a gray man defaulted as your profile picture. When you have a minute, it would be great if you could go to www.proflowers.com, pick your favorite bouquet or plant, save it to your desktop and update it as your proflowers.ning profile picture. Moving forward, ning has made it so that any new members to join without a profile picture will have a default picture of ProFlowers choosing but current members will stay gray. Let's make the gray go away! Please help! In an effort to eradicate the gray, we will begin updating the gray profile pics but we want you to do it so it is done right! Thanks!
