Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls to resolve complaints, take orders, and field order questions
• Respond to customer emails regarding questions about service, existing orders, new orders, problems, complaints, etc.
• Assist in completing mailings as necessary (stamping, sealing, affixing labels)
• Contacting FedEx or UPS to verify deliveries when necessary and problem solving to determine reason for non-delivery or late delivery
Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic and customer/sales focused personality
• Computer literate and Internet savvy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to up-sell and cross-sell.
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Problem solving skills
