Yep...He's Still Alive and Kicking (well a little) LOL

Hey folks....


What a time it has been. Surgery originally scheduled for October 22 and postponsed due to the fire until the 29th. It all went off well even with me being scared as he**. It was done in about 5 hours.

The next day my poor nurses were going nuts... I think the words were "no one walks that far the day after". I did learn that I have an intolerance for 2 things 1) morphine 2) liquid diets...yech!!!!!!!

I will say this. If ya gotta go in a hospital Sharp is great! Day 2 lunch and on I just picked up a phone and ordered and the nursing staff puts the "angel" back in the word nurse (well at least my experience).

I am seeing the spine surgeon this week for 2nd follow up and will probably start therapy after that. IT is strange as I am feeling things I have not felt in a long time in my arms.
