Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk. for Epilepsy

On Sunday, April 27th, 2008, I will be participating in Sharon’s Ride.Run.Walk for Epilepsy. Would you be willing to sponsor me as I work to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County?

I would also love for you to join my team. I know it is the day after the MS Walk, but hey, we all need the exercise and who doesn’t love walking around Mission Bay (you can bring dogs too!!).

Epilepsy is a neurological disorder that affects more than two million Americans and 30,000 people here in San Diego, including me. I was diagnosed about 20 years ago and have been “shaken, not stirred” ever since.
